Membership
Access is by application. Submitting a request does not create an engagement; an engagement begins only once the desk has confirmed scope and terms in writing.
Scope of service
FRANKINGAH PRIVÉ is a concierge and coordination service. We arrange, vet and manage on your behalf. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, investment or security advice.
Third parties
Where a request is fulfilled by a supplier, that service is provided by the supplier under their own terms. We select and manage them; we do not replace them.
Confidentiality
Both parties hold the engagement in confidence. Nothing about your file is disclosed, referenced or used publicly.
Fees
Pricing is private and set per engagement. Fees, terms and any commission arrangement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
